Track Your Order

Where your parcel is, how to read the tracking, and what to do when it stops making sense.

Finding your tracking number

It arrives by email as soon as the carrier scans the label — a separate message from the order confirmation. Check the spam folder before assuming it did not come.

If you ordered with an account, the number is also on the order under My Account.

The first two days

A number that returns nothing is not a lost parcel. Carriers only start reporting once the parcel is physically scanned into their network, which can lag the label by 24–48 hours. Give it two working days before worrying.

What the statuses mean

Label created
We have packed it. The carrier has not collected it yet.
In transit
Moving between depots. Long gaps here are normal on cross-country routes.
Out for delivery
On a van today.
Delivery attempted
Nobody available. The carrier leaves instructions for the next attempt.
Delivered
Scanned as handed over or left at the address.

It says delivered but nothing is here

Work through this before contacting us — it resolves most cases:

  1. Look everywhere the carrier might leave a parcel: porch, side gate, behind planters, building lobby, mail room.
  2. Ask neighbours and anyone else at the address.
  3. Wait until the end of the next working day. Parcels are occasionally scanned as delivered a day early.
  4. Still missing? Email [email protected] with the order number and we open a carrier trace.

Nothing has moved for a week

Seven working days without a scan means the parcel is stuck or lost. We do not make you argue with the carrier — tell us and we will replace or refund it.

Changing the delivery address mid-transit

We cannot. Once a label is printed, the address is fixed. Most carriers do let you redirect a parcel through their own site using the tracking number — that route is worth trying.
