Twenty things, and the reasons for each.

Most pet catalogues are enormous and useless in the same breath. Search for a feeding mat and you get four hundred listings that differ only in the order of their keywords. There is no way to tell which one absorbs water and which one moves the puddle somewhere else.

So we did the sorting. We buy what we would buy for our own animals, keep the range short enough to describe honestly, and write listings that give the measurement, the material and the washing instructions instead of a wall of adjectives.

What that rules out

Anything that cannot go through a machine and come back the same shape. Anything sold as a five-in-one that does none of the five well. Anything whose sizing is given as small, medium or large with no numbers attached. That removes most of the market, which is the point.
